Zaroori Wazahat:
* Koi bhi masla ho use tanzeemi tarkeeb ke mutabiq (mutalliqa zimmadaran ke zariye) hal karne ki koshish karen, Mutalliqa Zimmadaran se masla hal na ho to Feedback Department me apni complain register karen.
* Aap apni darj ki gai complain ka status maloom karne ke liye Complain status par click karke Complain id and Mail id darj karke status dekh sakte hain.
* Feedback desk ki taraf se koshish ki jaati hai ke Shikayat karne wale ka naam zahir na kiya jae phir bhi baaz masail aese hote hain ke wo jisse mutalliq hain unhe andaza ho jata hai ke ye shikayat kisne ki hogi.
* Jiski shikayat ki gai wo kisi par gumaan na kare ke fulan ne ye baat kahi hogi. Kahin aap badgumani me mubtala na ho jaen.
* Shikayat karne wale islami bhai ko kisi bhi tarah se pareshan karne ka mamla agar samne aata hai to HMO ki taraf se ispar sakht action liya jaega.
* Agar kisi ne ghalat shikayat ki to bhi usse naraz hone ke bajae uski islah aur ghalatfahmi ko door karne me HMO ka saath den.
* Feedback department ya HMO ka kaam ghalti karne wale ko saza dena nahi balki masail ko hal karna hai.
* Ye zaroori nahi ke complaint karne wale ne jo kamzori batai wo waqai usi tarah ho, Tanzeem me Aksar masail ki buniyad ghaltiyan nahi balki ghalatfahmiyan hoti hai. Lehaza agar complaint karne wale ki complaint tahqeeq ke baad ghalat paai gai to wo apni ghalti ka iqraar kare aur doosre musalman ke baare me husne zan se kaam le.
* Ye bhi zaroori nahi ke ghalti paai jane par Ghalti karne wale zimmadar ko farigh hi kar diya jae ya jo hal complain karne wale ne bataya uske mutabiq amal ho. Sharai wa Tanzeemi rahnumai se jo hal tae hoga usko qubool karna sabke liye zaroori hai.
* Kisi bhi masle ke hal ke baad Feedback department ki taraf se Complain darj karne wale islami bhai ko us complain ki poori working aur uska hal tahreer me pesh kiya jaega.
* Har masla alag nauiyat ka hota hai lehaza baaz masail ke hal me aapki ummeed se zyada takheer mumkin hai, Lekin usko hal karna Feedback department ki zimmadari hai. Albatta agar 30 din tak kisi masle ka hal nahi milta to aap Complaint Id share karke us masle ka status aur takheer ki wajah maloom kar sakte hain.
